Order Methods

How do I find an item?

You may use the Search button or select among the products from each category on the top side portion of the website. Then, choose what EZ Shop product interests you. Or you may click the Categories menu, and you will be presented with all the products in each respective category.

How do I place an order?

Click the 'Add to Cart' on the Product page. Click the 'Shopping Cart' on the right bar to view your cart. Once ready, click 'Checkout'.  Make sure to fill out all the required fields (*) and choose your payment method. Click 'Pay Now' to confirm your order.

Does my browser need to be set to "accept cookies" to place an order?

Yes. Your browser has to accept cookies to place an order with us. Generally, browsers accept cookies by default. However, you may need to change your settings to enable cookies if you’re experiencing problems in the ordering process.

Can I still place an order even if the item I am ordering is out of stock?

No. You cannot order a product that is out of stock. EZShop Asia only sells products that are on stock in our warehouses.
For not available online items(oversized/overweight), please call our customer service to order.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Yes, you can make change to your order. Please We are happy to assist you , please contact us.

How can I check the status of my order?

Order Status allows you to check on the status of all your recent orders, whether a single order or more extensive history. You will be given a track ID by an Online Sales Representative of EZ Shop through e-mail. If you are a registered member of the website, you can check your order status on the Order History page.

Does EZ Shop Online Store accept international orders?

EZ Shop Online Store accepts orders for delivery to Philippine destinations and international destinations.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

After confirming your payment, your order will be delivered in due time. For domestic shipping (within Philippines), a one-day express delivery is common while a scheduled delivery is set for EZ Shop Deliveries. For International shipping, please wait two (2) to seven (7) days of delivery based on your location. Please open your e-mail that you have registered on this site for your Order Process notification. From time to time, please open your e-mail or your EZ Shop account for further communications with us regarding your order.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

You will receive a tracking ID from EZ Shop. You may call our respective courier customer service hotline numbers.

Payment Methods

We accept Creditcards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express. Your creditcard will be billed immediately upon purchase and charge will appear as EZ SHOP ECOM. Additionally, we accept payments via Bancnet eshopping, Over the Counter, Gcash and Paypal.

By placing an order, you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order, please contact us through email  cs@ezshop.asia or through our local hotline number 02 8851-83-83.  However please note that we cannot give guarantee that your Order will be amended in accordance with your instructions.

Is my order information secured online?

You can shop with confidence on EZ Shop Online Store. We utilize advanced SSL technology via RapidSSL, which encrypts your personal information to help protect it from being decoded by anyone other than EZ Shop Online Store. To verify SSL encryption, just look for a small lock or key near the bottom of your browser window when accessing your account during your EZ Shop checkout procedure. When is my credit card charged?

During your checkout in EZ Shop Online Store, your credit card is automatically debited with a status of “Captured Transactions” for your online payment. It is assumed that you held responsible on your online payment and in no circumstance that you will refuse whatsoever your online payment transactions with EZ Shop Online Store. Please note that all transactions made on our website should all bear the SAME NAME (billing & shipping details, credit card & valid ID) especially when using credit cards in Paypal. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

However, if there is a problem with your order from ezshop.asia please notify us within 7 working days, so we may advise you of the necessary steps before returning or exchanging the products.

What if I have a question about a product?

How do I submit a product review/testimonial?

If you would like to write and submit a review for one of our products, go to the desired product’s detail page. At the bottom of that page, click on the “Reviews” link. You will be taken to our “Customer Comments” page where you can enter your feedback on the product by clicking Write Review link on the lower right corner.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order before confirmation. After confirmation, We process orders immediately after you settled payment and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to modify it. Please email customer care at cs@ezshop.asia for additional information on what can be done for your specific order. You may also click the Live Help Support for quick live help chat support.

What if my product arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please call us at (632).705.4826 or email us at cs@ezshop.asia. Please return the damaged product to us for a replacement, if possible.

I didn't receive my shipment. What should I do?

Please contact an EZ Shop Customer Service Representative at (632).705.4826 or in our toll free number 1-800-1888-4942 if that unlikely event had happened.

Please be advised that we cannot accept returns for the following products, this is due to hygiene reasons:

- Consumable goods
- Make-up
- Cosmetics
- Shampoo, conditioner, and solution
- Facial care (like cleanser, lotion)
- Beauty and health products in gel, liquid, or cream form

Shipping Policy

We accept and deliver orders daily from Monday to Sunday for Metro Manila and Provincial Areas. Orders received for special delivery beyond cut-off time at 3:00p.m. depends on areas of Metro Manila will be delivered on the following schedule starts by 10:00a.m.
For Metro Manila Delivery
We will contact you before we deliver your orders to verify the exact address and make sure that you are available to receive the item, if we are not able to contact you and the address is incomplete or incorrect, we cannot deliver your order until you notify us the status of your delivery. There are cases that the delivery is in company or office address, we advised you to be there to receive the item because some companies do not allow to leave any delivery to reception areas or to security guard.
For Provincial Delivery
There are some areas in provinces are not possible for Door-to-door service, we will inform immediately the customer on where to pick up before we process and ship the item.
For Pickup Transactions
Items that are delivered in your areas for pick up is allowed only within 10 days. After 10 days, the items will be return to origin
How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed within 48 hours. Items shipped by standard delivery methods should be received within 7 days. If you have chosen express delivery, you should receive your item within 5 days and orders shipped using super express should be received within 3 days. Some specialty items may require additional delivery time.

If I live outside the Philippines, can I order from EZ Shop Online Store?

Yes. We ship products to all destinations. UPS (United Parcel Service) /MACH1 delivers for International zones while we ship domestically (within Philippines) through our own shipping team.


Buying this product for shipping in your country may need your Customs and authorities for inspection. You are responsible in getting this product for your consumption after your Customs authorities. EZ Shop cannot do this task as we only ship products using our courier delivery services. 

How much shipping and handling will I pay?

Shipping rates depend on destination and amount of your order. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase into your cart and start the checkout process
