How can I be an EZShop Member?
You can sign up via facebook or use your email address to be a member.

How do I find my item?
You may use the Search button or select among the products from each category on the top part of the website.
Then, choose what EZShop product/s interests you. Or you may click the Categories, and you will be presented with all the products in each category.

How can I make a purchase?
After finding the item you want to purchase you can click on “Buy Now” or if you want to add another item just click on “Add to Cart”,when you’re done purchasing just click on the Cart Icon on the right side to direct you to the “Delivery Information”.

Can I still place my order even if the item I am ordering is out of stock?
No, You cannot order a product that is out of stock. EZShop Asia only sells products that are on stock in our warehouses.

Can I make changes to my orders after it has been placed?
No. We're sorry but orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. We process orders immediately, and once an order is made, and given that it went through the right steps, modification on your orders cannot be made.

How can I check my status of order?
You can click on Member Center on the top part of the website then click on the “Orders”.
If you are experiencing delayed deliveries, kindly call our hotlines and let our Sales Representatives know.

How can I cancel an order?
We process orders immediately. You can leave us a message through our website,
via email: cs@ezshop.asia or call us in our Hotline 851-83-83.

How long does it take for my item/s to be delivered?
For Stocks that are in the Philippines:
As some of our products are from Taiwan, Japan and Korea, if your order is in stock overseas,
you will receive your order within 20 working days.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
You can call our hotlines and our sales representatives will assist you regarding on tracking your item/s.

Is my information online secured?
Yes.We are utilized with advanced SSL technology via RapidSSL, which encrypts your personal information to help protect it from being decoded by anyone other than EZShop Online Shop.

What if I cancel my item upon delivery?
You will be charged depending on your location and item. For example, If you are from Metro Manila you have to pay ₱ 150 for the delivery and another ₱ 150 for the return of the item to the company.

I didn’t receive my item. What will I do?
Please call EZShop’s Hotline 851-83-83.

What if my product arrived damaged?
We assure every item we deliver is in good condition but if an unlikely event happens that a product arrives damaged, please email us at cs@ezshop.asia. Please return the damaged product to us for a replacement, if possible.

What if I cancel my item upon delivery?
All purchase orders are processed upon confirmation, if you cancel your order upon delivery, you will be charged Php 300 cancellation fee.
