Affiliate Program Agreement

As an affiliate, you agree the following rules and terms. EZShop reverses the right to change the rules without notice.
Affiliate must be at least 18 years old and live in the Philippines. Affiliate must has local peso bank account.

You are not allowed to post EZShop product links to following Unsuitable sites may include, but are not limited to, those that include the following:

1. promote sexually explicit materials;
2. promote violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
3. promote illegal activities;Violate any law, rule or regulation.
4. include "EZShop" any other trademark of ezshop.asia or its affiliates, or variations or misspellings of any of them, in their URLs to the left of the top-level domain name (e.g., ".com", ".net", ".ph", etc.)
5. otherwise violate intellectual property rights
6. does not maintain a reasonable standard of performance and quality.

Customer Orders

1. We will process Product orders placed by customers who follow Tracking Links from your site to our site. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with any requirements
2. You cannot use your own affiliate link to purchase items and earn the commission
